Since 2020, Tosca has been in the hands of the talented Ivan Baretti. Originally from La Spezia, Ivan revives Italian gastronomy... in his own way. With audacity and creativity, the chef offers a cuisine that he loves, diverse and refined, where Italy and its roots are ever-present. A culinary journey between land and sea, orchestrated to perfection by the chef and his team. The kitchen? Ivan will not fail to talk about it. Its spacious design is tailored to Italian cuisine. Pasta, bread, and sauces all have their own spaces where hands are busy with majesty and precision. On the wall, a watch pays homage to Geneva, where time never stops. On the floor, a black & white checkerboard taking us back to Italy.
