Since 2020, Tosca has been in the hands of the talented Ivan Baretti. Originally from La Spezia, Ivan revives Italian gastronomy... in his own way. With audacity and creativity, the chef offers a cuisine that he loves, diverse and refined, where Italy and its roots are ever-present. A culinary journey between land and sea, orchestrated to perfection by the chef and his team. Mise-en-bouche, starter, main course in two acts, cheese platters , desserts: Each dish is a work of art, the result of a perfect symbiosis in the kitchen that you may be lucky enough to see.

The kitchen? Ivan will not fail to talk about it. Its spacious design is tailored to Italian cuisine.
